Terry Ling

Terry Ling, MTax, CPA, is a Senior Tax Manager at EY, where they provide training on IFRS 17 legislations and work on automating tax compliance processes. A Master of Taxation graduate from the University of Waterloo, Terry previously held roles at BDO Canada, EY, and the Canada Revenue Agency, focusing on tax planning and corporate tax issues. They have experience analyzing corporate tax returns, advising on tax strategies for foreign affiliates, and presenting on aggressive tax planning structures during regional meetings. Terry began their academic journey with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Toronto and an earlier degree in Finance from South China Normal University.
