Tess Davila

Tess Davila (Cianfrocco), CPA, is a licensed CPA in California and a graduate of the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, where they earned a Master of Science in Taxation. Currently, Tess is a Senior Tax Manager at EY in San Diego, specializing in tax compliance, controversy, and advisory for commercial and multi-family real estate companies, with extensive experience in REIT taxation matters. Previously, they served as Tax Manager and Tax Staff at EY and held various roles in academia, including a Managerial Accounting Tutor at Chapman University and a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Arizona State University.
