Tetsuo Oyama is currently the EY Japan Region Markets Leader for Non Audit Services, bringing a wealth of experience in CRM BPR, IT strategy, ERP implementation, and sourcing strategy. They previously held various roles at EY, including Strategic Officer and Partner leading the TMT consulting division and Japan Consulting Markets. Prior to that, Tetsuo worked as a Manager at Capgemini and Soft Bank. They earned a bachelor's degree from Waseda University and are currently pursuing further education at INSEAD.
