Thomas Badali

Thomas Badali, CISA, has extensive experience in consulting and advisory services, particularly in internal audit, compliance, and performance improvement at EY since August 2012, where roles included Senior Manager in EY Consulting and Manager in Advisory Risk Services. During this tenure, Thomas managed global teams through the testing of internal controls over financial reporting for various sectors and led the successful implementation of off-shore testing capabilities to enhance compliance cost-efficiency. Prior experience includes a project estimating internship at AP Construction, leadership as President of the Penn State Ice Lions Organization, and a finance co-op at Turner Investments, L.P., focusing on trade analysis and ensuring SEC compliance.
