Thomas Karpik is a Corporate Finance Lead in Germany with extensive experience in global strategic finance, performance management, and FP&A leadership. They have held positions at notable firms, including Ernst & Young, where they served as EMEIA Deputy Controller and Head of Financial Planning and Analysis. Prior to this, Thomas worked at Arthur Andersen, contributing in an IT role, and later as an intern. Currently, Thomas focuses on transformation and digital finance within EY, leveraging their expertise to build and guide teams.
