Tiffany Rapplean

Tiffany Rapplean is an accomplished Learning Solutions Architect with extensive experience in designing and developing innovative learning solutions. Currently leading AI initiatives at EY, Tiffany focuses on upskilling professionals in AI and generative AI within learning design, while fostering immersive learning experiences. Previous roles as a Learning Architect at NeuroLeadership Institute and a Senior Learning Consultant at The Regis Company involved architecting custom solutions and consulting on behavior change at scale. Tiffany has also contributed to various organizations, including Intrepid Learning, Xerox, and Meeting Sciences, where expertise in instructional design, gamification, and hybrid learning has been demonstrated. Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Colorado Denver.
