Tim Bergin is an accomplished management consultant and business psychologist currently serving as a Partner and Director, Strategic Workforce Planning Lead at EY since August 2018. With a strong focus on organizational effectiveness, transformation, and talent development, Tim has previous experience as an Associate Director at KPMG, specializing in Talent Management and Leadership Development, and as a Management Consultant at Deloitte UK, where key client relationships were managed across multiple sectors globally. Tim's early career included significant achievements as a professional rugby player with Sheffield Eagles RLFC and dual roles in business and marketing, complemented by an MSc in Business Psychology from the University of Hertfordshire and an MA in Psychology from the University of Aberdeen.
