Tim Carty

Tim Carty is a Partner at Ernst & Young, where they have held various leadership roles since 2002, including former Head of Global Mobility services and former People Advisory Services Partner for Scotland. Prior to their current position, Tim was a Partner at Arthur Andersen from 1991 to 2002, serving as the Head of Human Capital for the CIS. Tim also began their career as an English Teacher at Colegio San Benito in 1988. They obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Modern History from Oxford University between 1988 and 1991. Currently, Tim is absent from work due to ill-health and is based at home in Somerset.
