Tim Dawson

Tim Dawson is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance, valuation, and financial modelling. Currently serving as a Partner at EY since 2010, Tim specialises in Strategy and Transactions, focusing on business, equity, and intangible assets for both commercial and regulatory purposes. Prior to this role, Tim was an Associate Partner at EY and held the position of Senior Associate at J.P. Morgan from 2006 to 2009, where involvement included the acquisition, analysis, and maintenance of loan portfolios within the Real Estate Structured Finance and Securitised Products Division. Tim began the career at KPMG from 2002 to 2006 as an Assistant Manager, leading assurance and corporate finance engagements for various ASX 100 and international banks. Tim holds a Graduate Diploma in Chartered Accounting from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Sydney.
