Tim Morris is the Managing Director at Rothschild, where they lead the Corporate Finance team in Manchester. With 19 years of experience advising Corporate and Private Equity clients, Tim has facilitated numerous high-profile transactions, including the acquisition of Tastecard and the sale of Accrol Papers. Previously, as a Corporate Finance Partner at EY, Tim managed teams across the North of England and Scotland, and played a pivotal role in establishing EY’s M&A team in China. Tim's extensive background in Corporate Finance began in Leeds and included significant experience in Hong Kong and Shanghai.
