Tim Philpotts

Tim Philpotts is the National Public Sector Strategy and Transactions Leader at EY, where they have served since 2011 and held the position of Partner and EY Global Head Infrastructure from January 2022 to December 2023. Prior to this role, Tim was a Partner in Infrastructure Finance at Ernst & Young from 2002 to 2010 and served as Senior Vice President at Concert Properties Ltd. from 2010 to 2011. Tim holds a BSc in Theoretical Physics from the University of Exeter and is a Fellow Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, both attained in 1989.
