Tim Shea

Tim Shea is a Partner in Financial Services Consulting at EY, with 35 years of experience in the Financial Services sector, including leadership roles at two major Canadian banks and 25 years in consulting. At EY, Tim oversees financial services practice initiatives including strategy development and implementation across various banking sectors. Prior to joining EY in 2005, Tim held senior management positions at BearingPoint, Scotiabank, and TD. Tim earned a BA in Finance from The University of Western Ontario and an MBA in Finance from York University's Schulich School of Business, along with completing programs at Harvard Business School and obtaining the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
