Tiny Maes is the Director of Technology Consulting at EY, where they focus on change management for IT transformations. Having started their career in consulting in 2011, Tiny has developed expertise in strategy development, performance improvement, and process optimization, particularly within the public sector. They previously held positions at Deloitte and DXC Technology, where they specialized in business transformation initiatives. Tiny holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and Management from Hogeschool Gent and a Master's degree in Management from Université catholique de Louvain.
