Todd Cardarelli

Todd Cardarelli is the Learning and Development Director at Ernst & Young, a position held since 2010. Previously, they worked as a Senior Manager and Manager in Learning and Development at Ernst & Young from 2005 to 2010, and as a Senior Consultant in Organizational Development at Andersen from 1998 to 2001. Todd holds multiple degrees, including a PhD from Cranfield University, an M.Ed from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and an MA from American University, among others.
