Tom Rousakis

Tom Rousakis is a current Senior Managing Director at Ernst & Young Infrastructure Advisors, LLC, where they lead a talented team dedicated to advising state and local governments on complex infrastructure projects. Previously, Tom held the position of Vice President at Goldman Sachs, co-leading the Transportation and Project Finance practice, and was also a Vice President at Morgan Stanley, focusing on municipal banking for transportation and education. Earlier in their career, Tom served as a Special Assistant at the City of New York, where they developed investigative reports to improve the school system. Tom earned an AB in Russian Studies and an MPP in Housing, Urban Development & Transportation from Harvard University.
