Tom Schmidt

Tom Schmidt is a Partner at EY and serves as the Cybersecurity Leader for Financial Services Organization (FSO) clients in Switzerland, as well as the EMEIA FSO Cybersecurity Competency Leader. With over 25 years of experience in Information Technology and more than 18 years specifically in Information Security and Cybersecurity, Tom leads various consulting and assessment projects while being a member of the European Cybersecurity Leadership. Tom is also a lecturer and a member of the technical board at Hochschule Luzern, contributing to the Master of Advanced Studies in Information Security. They hold multiple certifications, including CCSP, CISSP, and CRISC, as well as a Master of Advanced Studies in Information Security from Hochschule Luzern.
