Tom Schoeters

Tom Schoeters is currently the Global Assurance Talent Manager at EY, where they are involved in recruiting talent and enhancing employer branding. Their career began as a travel agent at Connections before transitioning to administrative roles within legal departments and then into the staffing and recruitment sector at Robert Half and Experis Belgium. Over a span of six years at EY, Tom has held various positions including Talent Acquisition Manager and Global Talent & University Communications Lead, contributing significantly to campus recruitment and project management. Tom holds a Bachelor’s degree in Office Management from Erasmushogeschool Brussel.
