Tom Wallace

Tom Wallace is an accomplished project manager and design professional with extensive experience in architecture and workplace design. From February 2013 to April 2018, Tom served as a project manager at Adamson Associates (International) Ltd, overseeing a large residential development in London. Tom co-founded Remo Workspaces in November 2021, focusing on remote and hybrid workspace design. As Global Workplace Design Lead at Foundever since November 2022, Tom leads a global team to establish design standards for facilities worldwide. Tom's earlier roles include project architect at WeWork, contributing to major office fit-out projects, and architectural assistant positions at leading firms, working on high-profile projects including the Shard Tower. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of Kent and advanced qualifications from Oxford Brookes University and London Metropolitan University. Currently, Tom is the Design Manager - Real Estate Services at EY, serving as Assistant Director since September 2025.
