Tony Wark is currently a Partner in International Tax and Transaction Services at Ernst & Young LLP, specializing in transfer pricing. They previously served as a Transfer Pricing Specialist at the Canada Revenue Agency from 2001 to 2008, where they negotiated advanced pricing agreements and resolved transfer pricing disputes. Since 2008, Tony has been instrumental in assisting clients with transfer pricing compliance and audit defense strategies, and they have successfully led several bilateral advance pricing arrangement resolutions. Tony is also engaged in ongoing education with CPA Ontario.
