Topi Kauttu

Topi Kauttu is currently an Associate Partner in International Tax and Transaction Services at EY, specializing in transactions and reorganizations. Over the years, Topi has gained extensive experience in buy-side and sell-side transactions, tax due diligence, and structuring work, while also developing strong project management and coaching skills. Topi holds a master's degree in economics from Aalto University School of Business, where their thesis focused on foreign direct investments in agricultural land in Africa. Additionally, Topi has completed minors in international studies, finance, accounting, and business law, enhancing their analytical and communication abilities through a diverse educational background. Prior to EY, Topi worked at the Finnish Tax Administration and held various roles at Promotion Point Oy, where they developed key skills in sales and education.
