With a successful 15-year background in senior marketing roles, Tracy transitioned to leadership development, becoming an executive coach after training from 2014 to 2016. They have played a pivotal role in leading EY's accelerated leadership program, EY Edge, and oversee all learning and development within EY’s Advisory practice, collaborating closely with their team and the business to create exceptional learning experiences. Tracy holds a degree in International Business with French and Spanish from Sheffield Business School.
