Trisha Duffy

Trisha Duffy is a seasoned professional in organizational effectiveness and people consulting, currently serving as Senior Manager People Consulting at EY since July 2024. Prior roles include Director of Organizational Effectiveness at Komodo Health and Head of Learning at The Mintable, where Trisha focused on empowering managers through community-based learning. Previous experience includes a Senior Manager role at Cloudera, where Trisha was instrumental in scaling internal learning offerings, and a Global Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging Leader position at Varian Medical Systems, where Trisha developed inclusive talent strategies. Additional expertise was gained at Pivotal Software, Gusto, and earlier roles in recruitment and implementation management. Trisha holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s degree in History from UC Santa Barbara.
