Urarang Kitur is a seasoned M&E expert with over 25 years of experience in public health, specializing in epidemiology. They began their career in 2000 as a lecturer in public health, later serving as the epidemiologist for HIV and AIDS and advancing to national epidemiologist in the National Department of Health in Papua New Guinea. Kitur has worked with the World Health Organization since 2020, managing COVID-19 case data for the Western Pacific Region, and is currently a Senior Consultant Technical Lead at EY.
