Vera Kong

Vera Kong is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in sustainability, marketing, and social activism. Notably, Vera served as a MAP D-League Fellow at Make A Play Foundation, focusing on preparing underrepresented athletes for leadership roles in competitive industries. As the co-founder and head of social media and design for MemePAC, Vera played a pivotal role in establishing the largest youth-led super PAC, leveraging creative strategies to enhance youth political participation. Vera's internship experiences include roles at Clearloop Corporation, Gong Cha, MGN MicroGrid Networks LLC, and a research assistantship at Columbia Climate School. Currently, Vera is applying expertise in climate change and decarbonization as a staff consultant at EY and is engaged in a capstone project at Columbia Climate School. Vera holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sustainable Development from Columbia University and previously graduated from Sage Hill School with a high school diploma.
