Vertika Gupta

Vertika Gupta is a management consultant with over 13 years of experience in human resources, specializing in HR transformation and change management across various sectors including federal, banking, pharma, and manufacturing. They held positions at Mercer Consulting, Schneider Electric, Deloitte, PwC, and EY, where they focused on diagnosing HR issues, aligning organizational strategies, and implementing talent transformation programs. Vertika has a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from JIMS New Delhi and a Master’s in Human Resources Development from ICFAI University, as well as completing a Leadership Program for Senior Executives at INSEAD in 2023. They currently serve as the Director of Workforce Advisory Services at EY.
