Víctor Soulé has been with EY since 1987 and became a partner in 1997. Currently serving as the Mexico Country Managing Partner, Víctor leads over 2,000 employees across 12 cities. Previously, they held various leadership roles within the firm, including Managing Partner of Regional Offices and Monterrey Office Managing Partner, as well as overseeing accounts and business development for Mexico and Central America. Víctor is a Certified Public Accountant from Tecnológico de Monterrey and is a member of the Instituto de Contadores Públicos de Nuevo León and the Instituto Mexicano de Ejecutivos de Finanzas.
