Vikas Bajaj is an executive finance leader with 25 years of experience in finance transformation, strategy, and change management. Vikas currently serves as a Partner in Business Consulting at EY and has previously held significant roles at companies such as Schneider Electric, where they established and led finance shared service centers across the APAC region. Recognized for delivering multi-million Euro efficiencies through end-to-end finance transformations, Vikas has demonstrated a strong ability to collaborate with diverse teams and manage complex projects globally. Vikas holds multiple qualifications, including degrees from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
