Vikas Sharma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in M&A advisory services, investment banking, private equity fundraising, and debt syndication. Currently serving as a Partner and Director in the Lead Advisory - Transaction Advisory Services team at Ernst & Young since 2008, Vikas Sharma has significantly contributed to the firm's growth and expertise. Prior experience includes roles as an Assistant System Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services from February 2005 to May 2006 and as a Design Engineer at ALSTOM from 2004 to 2005. Vikas Sharma holds a PGDM in Finance and Operations from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Hamirpur.
