Viki L. is a seasoned consultant currently engaged in Strategy and Transaction at EY, specializing in M&A transactions with a strong focus on financial and commercial due diligence, as well as transaction advisory. Prior to this role, Viki seconded to Citi Group (China) as a senior advisor, contributing to the strategic exit from its retail business in mainland China. With experience at EY and a background in FSO Assurance, Viki has worked on various high-profile projects involving major Chinese state-owned financial institutions. Viki holds a Master's degree in Management from the University of York and a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from Jiangxi University of Technology, supplemented by exchange programs at The University of Hong Kong and the University of York.
