Vinay Ghai

Vinay Ghai has extensive experience in investment banking and corporate finance, with a strong focus on strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity in the infrastructure sector. Vinay served as Director of Investment Banking at EY from November 2017 to November 2021, specializing in lead advisory services. Prior to this role, Vinay held the position of Associate Vice President at KPMG India, where responsibilities included corporate finance in healthcare and government infrastructure. Vinay began career at SBI Capital Markets as a Manager, leading various investment and M&A transactions in the infrastructure domain. Vinay's earlier experience includes a strategic consulting internship at Raychem RPG Limited and a consulting role at Tata Consultancy Services. Vinay earned an MBA in Business Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and an MBA in Finance from the Asian Institute of Management.
