Vincent Kock

Vincent Kock is a Partner at EY since September 2010, specializing in advising clients on business transformation, operating model design, process optimization, innovation, digital strategy, customer experience, and cost transformation, with a focus on major commercial and retail banks. Prior experience includes serving as Re-engineering Manager at Barclays where strategic change and operational improvements were implemented utilizing Lean Six Sigma, and working as a Credit Manager within global transaction banking. Vincent began a career in finance as an Intern at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. focusing on partnerships and alliances in transaction banking. Vincent holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MSc in Technology Entrepreneurship from University College London and London Business School, an MSc in Innovation Management from Eindhoven University of Technology, and a BSc in Industrial Engineering and Management from the University of Twente.
