Virag Singh

Virag Singh is an Associate Partner in Tax at EY, where they bring over 19 years of experience in New Zealand tax, including corporate tax compliance, consulting, and mergers and acquisitions. They previously held various positions at Deloitte New Zealand, including Tax Manager, Tax Director, and Tax Associate Director, and served as Tax Director at Bellingham Wallace. Virag's expertise includes advising on tax due diligence and structuring for buy/sell transactions, as well as managing tax disputes and preparing binding ruling applications. They earned a Master of Taxation Studies and a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Auckland.
