Volker Bay

Volker Bay is a Consulting Partner at EY, where they focus on transforming the German Public Administration through digitalization. Since 2016, they have dedicated their efforts to collaborating with Government and Public Service Leaders to drive innovative changes. Volker previously served as a Senior Manager at Accenture and has held research positions at Daimler AG and Daimler-Benz Research and Technology North America. They are currently a Vorstandsmitglied at the INSEAD Alumni Association Germany. Volker holds an Engineer’s Degree from Bergische Universität Wuppertal and completed a Transition to General Management program at INSEAD.
