Wei Wang is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst with extensive experience in transaction advisory services, accounting, and finance. They have advised corporate and private equity clients on over 200 mergers, acquisitions, and investment transactions valued between $10 million and over $2 billion across various industries, including healthcare, mining, and technology. Wei has also reviewed and supervised financial statement audits for large Canadian public clients and multinational corporations under multiple accounting standards. Currently, they serve as a Partner in Strategy and Transactions at EY, continuing their commitment to helping clients realize their full potential. Wei holds a degree from the University of Toronto at Scarborough.
