Wendy Cao

Wendy (Xia) Cao is a Tax Senior Manager with extensive experience in the accounting industry, notably in tax accounting, due diligence, and auditing. They have held positions at RSM US LLP and KPMG US, as well as at Ernst & Young, where they managed global tax due diligence for significant M&A transactions. Wendy's qualifications include a Master’s degree in Accountancy from City University of New York-Baruch College and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Renmin University of China. Currently, they continue to excel in their role at EY, providing consultation on tax accounting and compliance services.
