Will Brannan

Will Brannan is the Director of People Advisory Services at EY, where they are passionate about resolving complex people issues and driving sustainable change. Previously, Will held various roles at EY, including Senior Manager and Senior Consultant in People and Organisational Change. Will also served as a Product Development Manager at ICS Learn, where they successfully launched new e-learning courses and enhanced product lifecycle efficiency. Their early career included positions as a Customer Services Advisor at O2 UK and Front of House at Citizens Theatre Company. Will earned a BA in Musical Theatre from the University of the West of Scotland and an MA in Music/Theatre Studies from the University of Glasgow.
