Will Cowan

Will Cowan is a Manager in State and Local Tax at EY, specializing in consulting for Private Equity and Real Estate clients, and supporting transaction advisory and Delaware tax controversy matters. Previously, Cowan was part of Deloitte's Washington National Tax practice, focusing on Private Equity and transaction advisory, among other areas. Cowan holds a JD, LLM, and MBA from Villanova University and an undergraduate degree in Economics from the Catholic University of America, where they also excelled as captain of the men’s lacrosse team. Cowan gained early legal experience as a Legal Intern at Spectrum Gaming Group and contributed to academic research published in the Vanderbilt Law Review.
