Will Lyttle

Will Lyttle is a Partner at EY, where they specialize in Transaction Tax with a focus on infrastructure. They joined EY in 2005 after serving as a Tax Manager at Deloitte and a Tax Senior at Arthur Andersen & Co. With extensive experience in corporate and Private Equity due diligence, Will has made significant contributions to tax structuring for European infrastructure and real asset investments. They are also involved with the Global Infrastructure Investor Association’s tax working group and have played a key role in shaping EY’s response to various BEPS actions in the UK and Europe. Will holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Engineering with Business from The University of Manchester.
