Will Packard

Will Packard is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in finance and project management. With a background at Citi spanning from 1999 to 2014, Will led various initiatives including the establishment of the Markets and Securities Services team in Belfast and the implementation of a global trader supervision tool. Additional roles included overseeing IR Derivatives Settlements and serving as Chief of Staff to the UK head of Citi. Prior to Citi, Will served as a Captain in the British Army, specializing in high-intensity armoured warfare. Will currently holds a Director position in Operational Resilience at EY and previously served as Managing Principal at Capco. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Southampton and a Chartered Financial Analyst designation from CFA Institute.
