Will Rix

Will Rix is a Partner and Head of Debt Advisory, North at EY, where they lead the firm's Capital and Debt Advisory efforts across Northern England, the Midlands, and Scotland. Their work focuses on providing guidance and execution services to corporate and institutionally-backed borrowers. Prior to joining EY in 2024, Will spent over a decade at HSBC as a loans and capital markets banker, after beginning their career as a finance lawyer at Eversheds. Will holds a BA (Hons) in History from Durham University and an LLB in Law from The College of Law.
