William's expertise includes the integration of tax determination engines for global indirect taxes across over 40 countries, focusing on U.S. Sales and Use Tax, Canadian GST/HST, PST, QST, and global VAT. Prior roles include Tax Consultant at Deloitte Tax LLP, Sales Intern at the Consumer Technology Association, and Manager at EY, where they managed significant tax software implementations and compliance processes. William earned a Master’s degree in Accountancy from The George Washington University and served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant there.
