Xinli Jia is a seasoned data and AI leader with over 10 years of experience in the tech industry. They co-founded Yunxiao Technologies, developing a MarTech platform for Douyin merchants, and later held leadership roles at Accenture Song where they built a high-performing Data & AI team and spearheaded Generative AI innovations. Prior to this, Xinli contributed to customer integrations at Boxever and served in various roles, including Software Engineer and Development Manager, enhancing technical solutions for clients. They earned a BSc in Computer Science from Dublin Institute of Technology and a degree in Software Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology. Currently, Xinli serves as the Director of AI & Data at EY.
