Yahui Zhu

Yahui Zhu, MTax, CPA, is a Senior Manager in EY Canada’s Transaction Tax practice, specializing in tax structuring strategies for Canadian entrepreneurs and businesses. Prior to this role, Yahui was a Vice President at TD Asset Management, where they established and managed the tax function for alternative investments. Yahui graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Master of Taxation degree and is a CPA in Canada. Additionally, Yahui has served as a Group Study Facilitator for the CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Program and has experience working in various accounting roles throughout their career. Outside of work, Yahui enjoys running, reading, making coffee, and spending time with family.
