Yan Wang

Yan Wang, CFA, is a Partner at EY, specializing in the Strategy & Transactions team with a focus on M&A investment advisory. Since 2010, Yan has served diverse clients including state-owned enterprises and multinational corporations, helping them navigate cross-border investments across various sectors such as renewable energy, healthcare, and high tech. Yan has a proven track record in advising clients on significant outbound investments worldwide and has experience in guiding companies through their IPO processes. Prior to joining EY, Yan worked as a Financial Project Manager at Fresenius Medical Care, where involvement in M&A activities included developing financial models and strategic recommendations for senior management. Yan earned a Master's degree in Finance from Boston College.
