Yelena Zigangirova

Yelena Zigangirova is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in academic management, research, and analysis. Currently serving as a Manager at EY since December 2018, Yelena previously held leadership roles including Vice Rector at The Financial Academy of Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Director of the Academic Management Department at the non-profit joint stock company «Holding «Kasipkor». Yelena's earlier experiences include a Senior Analyst position at Information-Analytic Center (IAC) and a researcher role under the Fulbright program at Tennessee Technological University. With a solid educational foundation, Yelena holds an MSc in Mechatronics from Loughborough University, a PhD in Electromechanics from Omsk State Technical University, and an engineering degree in Automated Systems and Control from Pavlodar State University. Yelena's expertise encompasses curriculum development, project management, and collaboration with government organizations to enhance vocational education and employment outcomes in Kazakhstan.
