Ying Li

Ying Li, CPA, MBA, is currently a Senior Manager in the Technical Accounting Advisory Group at EY, where they focus on applying accounting guidance to derivatives and financial instruments, as well as assisting clients with IFRS to US GAAP conversions, CECL adoption, and troubled debt restructuring. Prior to their current role, Ying worked as a Manager in the same group at EY and held positions at Marcum LLP and Deloitte, where they specialized in SPAC IPOs and SEC reporting. Ying began their career as an Accounting Intern at the New York Liquidation Bureau, addressing discrepancies in the New York Security Fund's accounting system. They earned an M.B.A. in Accountancy and Information Systems from Baruch College and a Master's degree in Linguistics from Xiamen University.
