Ying Liu

Ying Liu is a Sr Tax Manager at EY, providing tax compliance, accounting, and consulting services while collaborating with specialists to address complex tax issues for multinational companies across various industries, including Pharmaceutical and Telecommunications. Previously, Ying held tax management positions at PwC and RSM US LLP from 2006 to 2019. Ying received a Master of Science in Taxation from DePaul University and holds a Certificate in Accounting from George Mason University, in addition to a degree in International Business from Fuzhou University. Ying is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Virginia and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
