Yogesh Bindal is a seasoned Data Transformation Leader with over 16 years of experience in consulting and financial services. They began their career as an Asset Management Analyst at Deutsche Bank, where they honed their skills in reconciliation and risk assessment. At BNP Paribas, they successfully orchestrated the migration of Middle Office processes, achieving significant efficiencies and earning a KAIZAN award. Most recently, as a Transformation Lead at EY, Yogesh is focused on establishing a Transformation Management Office and developing innovative data solutions to enhance operational performance. Yogesh holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Rajasthan and an MBA in Finance from Symbiosis International University.
