As the Founder and CEO of Avange since May 2022, Daniel has established a boutique consulting firm that provides tailored services based on deep industry knowledge. Previously, Daniel co-founded Carian Healthcare, focusing on technology development for imaging and data security tools, and led finance and healthcare IT cloud transformation initiatives at HealthEquity. Daniel also served as Director General at MSF Shared IT Services, where a centralized IT service center was developed for a global organization. With a strong educational background, including multiple degrees in business and management, Daniel has held various roles that demonstrate expertise in operations, IT management, and consulting across several organizations including UNDP, Société Générale, and others.
