Apurbayan B. is the founder of Eye Supervision in Agartala, Tripura, a role they have held since 2020. They are an optometrist, innovator, educator, and mentor with a current engagement as a Research Incubation Specialist at Debapriya Mukhopadhyay Vision Research Institute & Foundation (2025–Present). Their previous roles include Executive Incubation at LV Prasad Eye Institute (2023–2025), GTM at LVPEI Center for Technology Innovation (2023–2025), and Incubation Manager at LVPEI BioNEST Incubator (2023–2025), as well as optometry positions at Lenskart (2021–2022) and Optic Nest (2021). They earned a Bachelor of Clinical Optometry from Tripura University (2016–2020), a Master of Clinical Optometry & Vision Science from ITM Group of Institutions (2020–2022), and an MBA in Hospital Administration and Health Care Management from DY Patil Institute of Distance Learning (2022–2024).
